ASHLAND – Tickets are on sale now for the 2016 Southern Oregon University Sports Hall of Fame Banquet.

The banquet will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 15 in the Stevenson Union's Rogue River Room on the SOU Campus and includes breakfast. Attendees are asked to RSVP prior to the event and make a donation of $10, which can be paid the morning of the event. To RSVP, call 541-552-6772.

This year's Hall of Fame class includes wrestler JD Alley, volleyball student-athlete Debbie Rohlfing, men's basketball student-athlete Jack McWhorter, track and field student-athlete Kris Ettner, women's basketball student-athlete Nicole Whitney and volleyball and women's basketball student-athlete Tara Elder.

The Class of 2016 will also be honored at halftime of the SOU-Eastern Oregon football game, which kicks off at 6 p.m. the night of the ceremony.
