ASHLAND – Twenty-three student-athletes from Southern Oregon University's spring sports teams have landed Academic All-Cascade Conference recognition, the league office announced Tuesday.
To qualify for the Academic All-CCC distinction, one must have been enrolled at their current institution for at least one full year and reached sophomore or higher academic standing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2.
The Raider women's track and field team led the way with 12 honorees. The men's track and field team had six and the softball team five.
SOU totaled 122 academic all-conference awards for the 2021-22 academic year. The complete list of spring honorees is below:
