CALDWELL, Idaho – Nathaniel Frink turned in Southern Oregon's first under-par round Tuesday to close out the College of Idaho Invitational, finishing in a tie for 10th place of 67 golfers at Timberstone Golf Course.

Frink, a sophomore from La Crescenta, Calif., carded a 1-under in Round 3 on the par-72 course and ended at 5-over on the tournament. Over the final 18 holes, he dropped in four birdies and 12 pars. He was one of nine individuals to shoot under par on the day.

Matt Forsyth ended a solid tournament at 12-over in a tie for 22nd place, and Ricky Reisner tied for 26th at 14-over. Both players shot 76 in the final round.

As a team, the Raiders finished in eighth place out of 10 in the men's standings at 70-over.

Carley Streitler led SOU's women at 36-over after two rounds in 28th place. Bryn Lawson and Thyra Altvatter tied for 30th place at 42-over, and Altvatter shot the team's low round, an 87, on Tuesday.

Northwest Nazarene's Grayson Gibney was the men's medalist at 4-under and British Columbia's Sonja Tang took the women's honor at 2-under.

The Raiders are off until traveling to Carson, Wash., for the Multnomah Invite on Sept. 26-27.
