The revamped Raider Trailer Concessions area at the north end of Raider Stadium will feature two culinary options for fans every home game this fall. SOU Athletics, in partnership with SOU Catering, proudly presents the RedTail Grill, offering up a menu of specialty Citizen chicken sandwiches, fries, hotdogs, corndogs, and other gameday fare. Each week a second food truck will enter the mix to complement with specialty burgers, noodles, or pizza by the slice. 

Raider Trailer Concessions are open one hour before each game.
