McMINNVILLE – The Southern Oregon men's wrestling team outscored Pacific and Linfield 101-9 combined in a pair of dual victories, winning 18 of 20 matches on Saturday afternoon at Wilson Gymnasium.

The Raiders racked up nine falls while winning 53-3 against the Boxers and 48-6 over the Wildcats. They came from Diesel Del Rosario (125 pounds), Trevor Wolf (141), Dylan Mann (157), Shaiden Carr (174), Adrian Chavez-Morales (184), Elias Corona (197), and Ben Hughes (285). Mann pinned both of his opponents.

Against Pacific, SOU led 18-3 through four matches after three Linfield forfeits. The Raiders went on to earn four falls and a technical fall from Adrian Chavez-Morales to close out the dual.

Against Linfield, the Raiders led 45-0 until a fall from LU's Jonathon Fagen gave the Wildcats their first points of the dual. Hughes ended the fruitful dual with a win by major decision over LU's Jacob Barnes.

The Raiders improved to 10-0, their best start to a season since the undefeated 1987-88 team coached by Bob Riehm.

They move on to Oregon City for the Clackamas Open, beginning at 10 a.m. Sunday.
