MEN'S RESULTS | WOMEN'S RESULTS

BUCKEYE, Ariz. – The Southern Oregon University golf team wrapped up the fall portion of its schedule with some solid individual performances this week at Arizona Christian's Firestorm Fall Invite, the third and final round of which was completed on Wednesday.

Keira Cheng tied for sixth place on a 60-person leaderboard for the Raider women, finishing 6-over and just seven strokes back of medalist Julia Alexander Carew at Verado Golf Club. Cheng carded 74s in every round for her third consecutive top-10 showing.

Oliver Ausland and Ty Beyer both landed at 2-over for the Raider men after consistent performances to tie for 17th out of 80 individuals. Ausland went 71, 74 and 73 successively, while Beyer went 73, 73 and 72. Ricky Reisner, who led the team in three of its first four tournaments, tied for 30th at 6-over.

The Raider men placed 10th of 16 teams and the women were 11th of 12.

SOU's spring schedule will be announced soon. Its next Cascade Conference outing is April 13-14 in Portland.
