Hall of Fame
Skillman was a four year starter in volleyball and captain/co-captain each year. She led SOSC to a seventh place national finish in 1977 following the team's NCWSA Region 9 Tournament Championship. In 1978 and 1979, the team finished second and fourth respectively in the Regional Tournament. Cindy was selected to the 1981 All-Tournament team at the Northwest Regional Championships. Skillman led the team to a third place finish and a 44-9 record in 1981 at the Regional Tournament. She was chosen as an All-American by the Association of Intercollegiate Athletics for Women (AIAW) in 1981. She was the first woman All-American in school history.
